Prep time 10min, Cook Time 20min, Serves 12
INGREDIENTS
- Puff pastry
- Vegemite
- Cheese
METHOD:
- Squeeze Vegemite over the puff pastry to cover.
- Using a pastry brush, cover the entire sheet of pastry moving the Vegemite all the way out to the sides.
- Add cheese.
- Roll the puff pastry into a log and slice evenly.
- Pop them into the air fryer for 12 minutes on 180 degrees.
NOTES: You can either serve warm or cold, depending on your preference.
