Items must be sent back within 10 business days of receiving your items.

Items can only be returned back to us for store credit or exchanges. Store credit is valid for 12 months. Exchanges must be of the same value.

A product will not be deemed faulty if the perceived fault is due to general wear and tear or issues arising from abnormal use.
If your purchase is from another store and not directly from Bec & Bello, you are required to return the item back to the original place of purchase along with your proof of purchase. The storeowner may, at their discretion, choose to replace, refund or return the item subject to their internal returns policy.
If you believe you have received a faulty product ordered directly from Bec & Bello, please contact returns@becandbello.com as soon as possible to arrange a refund or exchange with no postage costs incurred by you. We will credit the purchasing account or provide replacement Bec & Bello stock to the value of the original purchase.
