Shipping Within Australia

  • STANDARD (3-10 business days) postage. Please note if you are located in Rural areas STANDARD shipping may take a little longer and cost will be calculated.
  • Delivery time is calculated in business days.
  • Your order will be sent via Sendle or Auspost.
  • In most cases You will receive email and SMS (mobile number must be supplied) with tracking information or you can request this once your order has been dispatched.

  • We ship Internationally $P.O.A ( This does not include import taxes or fee's this will be payable by the customer at their end) 
  • Your order could take up to 20 business days to arrive.
  • You'll receive email and SMS tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

How can I track my order?

You should receive an email and SMS with your tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please get in touch via the Contact Us page if you require further assistance.

Returns

Our policy

If you have a change of mind or would like to exchange your item/s, Bec & Bello are more than happy to process a store credit or exchange for you. Please ensure you meet the below criteria to be eligible to make a return. Please note, we are unable to offer refunds.

Returns: Terms and Guidelines

Items must be sent back within 10 business days of receiving your items.
Items must be unworn and unwashed with all tags and labels attached, in its original packaging.
Items can only be returned back to us for store credit or exchanges. Store credit is valid for 12 months. Exchanges must be of the same value.
Items must be full priced. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns must be:

  • Unused, unopened and in original condition and packaging
  • Undamaged
  • Returned within 10 days of delivery

Faulty products

You will be entitled to a refund or exchange under Australian Consumer Law if the product:

  • Is not of acceptable quality;
  • Is not fit for a particular purpose that is expressly stated; or
  • Does not match the description.

You may be asked to send photos for inspection to ensure our quality control measures are kept at their highest.
A product will not be deemed faulty if the perceived fault is due to general wear and tear or issues arising from abnormal use.
If your purchase is from another store and not directly from Bec & Bello, you are required to return the item back to the original place of purchase along with your proof of purchase. The storeowner may, at their discretion, choose to replace, refund or return the item subject to their internal returns policy.
If you believe you have received a faulty product ordered directly from Bec & Bello, please contact returns@becandbello.com as soon as possible to arrange a refund or exchange with no postage costs incurred by you. We will credit the purchasing account or provide replacement Bec & Bello stock to the value of the original purchase.
If you believe you have received an incorrect product, please contact our team to discuss all options available to you.

Returns Procedure

  • Please contact returns@becandbello.com for all returns. They will be able to advise you on the correct procedure. 
  • Where a return or exchange has been arranged, the process may take up to 14 business days from the date the product is received by Bec & Bello.
  • Where a refund has been arranged, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to be credited back to the purchasing account.

Please Note: Any delivery or completion date, or time stated, are estimates only and we cannot be held liable for any consequences whatsoever for any delay to such times.

 

Pre-orders

A Pre-order is a new item or exclusive opportunity to secure an item that is either in transit or soon to be released to the market. Pre-order item delivery times vary and the delivery time will be updated on the product page. Orders containing a pre-order item will be held until the pre-order item is in stock, the entire order will then be sent in the next day’s dispatch.

The estimated release date stated on the product page is the date we expect to receive the stock at Bec & Bello. Stock can arrive earlier, or later if delayed in transit. Customs and transit delays are unforseen and we cannot predict a delay in advance. If you would like an update on your pre-order purchase, please feel free to contact us.
