Preheat oven to 170C. Grease an 8-capacity mini loaf tray.*
In a large bowl whisk together dry ingredients (Wholemeal flour, Self-Rising flour, bicarb, baking powder).
In another bowl, mash the banana then whisk in honey, eggs, oil, milk, vanilla. Carefully fold dry ingredients into wet until just combine. Then fold raspberries into mixture. Spoon the mixture into the prepared tray and bake for 18-20mins. Allow to cool in the tray for 5mins before removing and cooling completely on a cooling rack.
*You can make this in a regular 12 capacity muffin tray. Just reduce the baking time by 5 mins, or until a skewer comes out clean.
